Agreement

• Using kreexa.com or placing an order forms a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 between you and Kreexa (registered business name: Tingle Books).
• Services and pricing. Prices are displayed on each service page before payment. Work commences, and delivery timelines run, from successful payment confirmation.
• Payments. Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Your content. You confirm that you own or hold the rights to the material you submit and that it is not unlawful in India (for example defamatory, obscene, hateful or infringing content). Under the Copyright Act, 1957 your work remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for your order. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaches this clause, with a refund of undelivered work.
• Personal data. We collect your name, contact details, submitted files and payment confirmation solely to fulfil orders, send order updates and meet legal obligations, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our Privacy policy for details.
• Grievance redressal. As required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is reachable at support@kreexa.com and on WhatsApp at +91 78180 05177. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
• Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.
• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hapur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
