What we collect

• Your name, email address and WhatsApp number, as entered in our order forms.
• The files and text you submit for your order (books, compositions, briefs).
• Your order details and payment confirmation. Payment itself is processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.; we never receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

Why we use it

• To fulfil your orders and deliver finished work.
• To send order updates on WhatsApp or email.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

How it is handled

• Personal data is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• Your submitted files and ideas are used solely to fulfil your order. They are not sold, published or used for any other purpose.
• Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service: Razorpay (payments), Meta/WhatsApp (order updates) and our secure order systems.
• We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Your rights

• You may request access, correction or erasure of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@kreexa.com.
• Grievance Officer (Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020): support@kreexa.com, WhatsApp +91 78180 05177. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
