Refund Policy

Kreexa, operated under the registered business name Tingle Books (kreexa.com). Last updated: 25 October 2026.

• Scope. This policy is part of our Terms and applies to every paid order on kreexa.com. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• Cancellation by us. If Kreexa cancels your order before delivery, the full amount you paid is refunded. Work, and the delivery clock, start only after payment.
• Deficiency in delivered work. If a delivered service has a defect or deficiency, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order code. We will rectify the work or, where rectification is not feasible, refund the whole or a proportionate part of the fee.
• Multi-stage services. For services delivered in stages (for example, music: samples, then the final song), the fee for a stage already delivered is non-refundable; fees for stages not yet delivered are refundable on cancellation.
• Mode and timeline. Approved refunds are issued by Razorpay to the original payment method only (UPI, card or netbanking), and are ordinarily credited within 5-7 business days as per the gateway and your bank's settlement timelines. No cash refunds.
