Cancellation Policy

Kreexa, operated under the registered business name Tingle Books (kreexa.com). Last updated: 25 October 2026.

• Cancelling before work starts. Work on your order begins at payment confirmation. If you write to support@kreexa.com with your order code before work has begun, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
• Multi-stage services. For services delivered in stages (for example, music: samples, then the final song), a stage already delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded; stages not yet delivered can be cancelled and their fees refunded.
• After delivery. Delivered digital work cannot be cancelled. If the delivered work has a defect or deficiency, our Refund policy applies: write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order code.
• Cancellation by Kreexa. If we cancel your order before delivery, the full amount you paid is refunded.
• Mode and timeline. Approved refunds are issued by Razorpay to the original payment method only (UPI, card or netbanking), ordinarily within 5-7 business days. No cash refunds.
